1. Definitions
“Company”, “We”, “Us”, “Our” refers to Green Urban Pest Control Dubai.
“Customer”, “Client”, “You” refers to any person or entity booking or using our services.
“Services” refers to pest control treatments, inspections, maintenance programs, and any related offerings.
2. Service Delivery
All treatments are carried out by trained, licensed, and Dubai Municipality–approved technicians.
Service timings are based on appointment slots and may vary due to operational conditions.
Customers must provide accurate property details (size, type, pest issue) prior to booking.
For certain infestations, multiple visits may be required depending on severity.
3. Customer Responsibilities
Ensure safe access to the premises at the scheduled time.
Remove valuable items, cover food, and secure pets before treatment (if required).
Follow all safety guidelines provided by our team after the service.
Inform the technician of any sensitive individuals on-site (children, elderly, pregnant women, pets).
4. Payment Terms
Full payment is required upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Online payments, cash, bank transfers, and approved digital wallets are accepted.
Prices listed on the website or shared in quotations may change without prior notice.
5. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before appointment time are free of charge.
Same-day cancellations or no-access visits may incur a service charge.
Refunds are only provided in cases of duplicate payments or genuine service issues verified by the company.
6. Warranty & Guarantee
Certain services include warranty periods depending on the treatment type (e.g., 3 months, 6 months, annual contracts).
Warranty is void if:
The property is not kept clean or hygienic.
Customers use external chemicals or tamper with our treatment.
New renovations or pest entry points appear after service.
Infestations arise from external factors not under our control (drainage, neighbor units, structural leaks, etc.).
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, poor maintenance, or hidden structural issues.
The company is not liable for health reactions caused by not following technician instructions.
The customer is responsible for securing valuables and fragile items.
8. Service Reports & Documentation
After each visit, customers receive a digital or physical service report.
Annual contracts include scheduled inspections and follow-up visits as per agreement.
9. Use of Website
All content on our website—including text, images, and branding—is the property of Green Urban Pest Control Dubai.
Unauthorized copying, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
10. Privacy Policy
Customer information is kept confidential and used only for service delivery, communication, and invoicing.
We do not sell or share personal data with third parties unless required by law.
11. Appointment Rescheduling
Customers may request rescheduling subject to availability.
Extreme weather, government regulations, or emergency conditions may require the company to reschedule services.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates.
Any disputes shall be resolved under UAE jurisdiction.
